Who can use Ashe

Ashe is a private companion experience available at asheand.me, operated by Ty Bennett.

You must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Be physically located in the United States

By creating an account, you confirm that both are true.

What Ashe is

Ashe is designed as a conversational companion.

Conversations may sometimes pause, become shorter, or be declined altogether. That's part of how the experience is designed.

Ashe is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, and should never be relied on in an emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

Please keep your account to yourself.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Attempt to bypass age or residency requirements
• Abuse Ashe or other guests
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to extract prompts, internal systems, or security mechanisms

Your content

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other content you submit.

Please don't upload:

• Illegal content
• Malware or malicious software
• Content that infringes someone else's rights
• Personal information belonging to others without permission

You grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to operate Ashe, including providing conversations, maintaining conversation history, processing uploaded images when that feature is available, and keeping the service safe.

Beta status

Ashe is currently an invite-only beta.

Things may change. Features may be added, removed, or break unexpectedly. Data may occasionally need to be migrated or, in rare cases, removed during development.

We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

If paid plans become available in the future, they'll be clearly described before you purchase them. Affection is never for sale.

AI services

Ashe generates responses using third-party AI providers (currently Moonshot / Kimi).

Please do not share passwords, financial information, or other highly sensitive information in your conversations.

Safe word

A house safe word is provided during onboarding.

You or Ashe may use it to clearly signal that a conversation should pause or slow down. It is part of the conversational experience and is not a permanent account setting.

For account deletion, privacy questions, or abuse reports during beta, contact tytianna.bennett@gmail.com.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If a change materially affects active beta users, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you through the product or by email. Continuing to use Ashe after those changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
